The option just makes everything darker.

一个round one in five customers that order aBentley Continental GT opt for the Mulliner Blackline package. Since the package is so popular Bentley will now offer it on the Flying Spur sedan, including the V6 Hybrid, V8, and W12 powertrains. The2023 Bentley Flying SpurMulliner arrives at Monterey Car Week in California, sitting at the pinnacle of the Flying Spur family.

Opting for the Mulliner Blackline Specification replaces the exterior bright chrome (except for the Bentley "Winged B" logo) with gloss black. The package includes Beluga Black upper mirror caps, matrix wing vents, radiator grille, and lower bumper grilles in place of the traditional chrome pieces.

But not every detail is gloss black. The Mulliner branding is finished in bright chrome, and the 22-inch Mulliner gloss black wheels include contrast polished pockets. These wheels also feature exclusive self-leveling badges in the center, which can come with chrome rings as an option. Of course, customers have a nearly endless catalog of exterior palettes to choose from, including lighter hues or darker finishes (like the one pictured below).

一个s we mentioned, the Blackline Specification can be equipped with any powertrain option. There's theFlying Spur Hybridwith 410 horsepower, the twin-turbo V8 with 542 hp, and the flagship twin-turbo W12 with 626 hp. Having driven all three, we recommend the W12 if cost isn't a concern.

Inside, the Flying Spur hasn't changed from the existing Mulliner Edition. This means customers can select any possible color combination or choose from one of eight recommended three-color combinations, which include a main, secondary, and accent color. Bentley specifically mentions a combination called Flare, pairing Beluga leather on the instrument panel, door trims, and headlining, Hotspur Red leather on the seats, and Linen micro-piping to add a third color.

一个s part of the Blackline Specification, the Flying Spur also gets the popular Mulliner Driving Specification. This adds "Diamond-in-Diamond" quilting on the seats, contrast seat piping, Bentley 'B' chrome inlays, and more. Put simply, this interior is exquisitely designed and crafted.

Up front, the Flying Spur contains the company's signature interior detail, the Bentley Rotating Display. This three-sided piece houses a plain wood panel, three physical gauges, or the infotainment screen, which can rotate with the press of a button. Rear occupants don't get a rotating display, but they do receive Mulliner electrically-operated picnic tables mounted to the front seatbacks. The veneered tables are crafted with a unique overlay and can self-level to reveal a recess for a pen or stylus.

Bentley didn't provide specific pricing for the Blackline Specification, butCarBuzzhas reached out to find out how much it adds to the Flying Spur's MSRP.
