Bare Naked Donkervoort F22 Is A Festival Of Carbon Fiber

Not like the car's looks need help. The F22 with regular paint is still a certified looker, and with almost 500 horsepower under the hood thanks to a modified一个udi RS3turbo five-cylinder, it's an absolute missile that can rocket from 0-62 in 2.5 seconds and 0-124 in 7.5 seconds. It borders on hypercar fast, and now it has the Bare Naked Carbon look that hypercars like Bugattis and Koenigseggs feature too.

Additionally, choosing the carbon fiber wheels chops an extra 22 lbs for savings of 44 lbs in all; not bad for a car that only weighs 1,609 lbs normally. It's this light weight that makes these carsbetter for the environmentthan if they were to go electric.

Donkervoort says even with this weight change, the acceleration times mentioned before are still the same, but the power-to-weight ratio does increase from 666 horsepower per ton to 685 hp per ton. A welcome increase, even if the number isn't as entertaining as before.
