$780,000 Porsche Gemballa Mirage GT SMASHED Beyond Recognition

Several videos were captured on Instagram showing the extent of the accident. It begins with the car losing control and smashing into the back end of a parked Toyota Sienna minivan. Instead of getting out of the car, Chen speeds away from the incident, with the car's hood and other components flying off in the process as the supercar struggled to drag one or more of its wheels. In another video, the (officially) unidentified driver, who is otherwise recognized as Ben Chen, was pulled over by the NYPD.

The driver, who almost appears to flee again, was reportedly taken in by the authorities and given a sobriety test. The cause of the incident is currently unknown and the Mirage GT is believed to be number 23 of 25 ever produced, and the only one in North Amerca. We can only speculate as to why the driver crashed and why they decided to speed off afterward. Remember, the Porsche Carrera GT has a known reputation for being difficult to drive at the limit, and is the car Paul Walker and Roger Rodas died in. We are amazed no one was injured but it looks like the Gemballa will be sent to the scrap heap.
